Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BildView ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

BildView is a mobile application that allows users to document and track project progress through photos and videos. The App stores all data locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

By using BildView, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to capture, store, or share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Maintain the security of your device and your data
• Back up your own data, as we do not have access to or control over your locally stored information

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Chacon Projects LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you create using BildView. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up and protecting your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHACON PROJECTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, software updates, or any other cause. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
